palawan butterfly garden

who doesn't love them?
if you love these fluttering creatures, then it's a MUST for you to visit palawan butterfly garden.

this small garden is located in sta. monica, puerto princesa. it's a mere twenty-minute drive from the city. for a fee of PhP50 (less than $1.5), you can enjoy chasing these lovely creatures inside an enclosed garden next to a cottage. to get there from rizal avenue, simply take the multicab bound for sta. monica and tell the driver to let you get off at the garden.

once you've paid the entrance fee, you will be shown to an area where you will watch a very short movie clip on the life cycle of butterflies.
while the garden is not that big, them beautifully-colored winged creatures will never fail to bring out a smile in you.

butterfly magnets. there were 7 of us in the group, but the butterflies would only come to me and my sister.
